Flooding Forces Evacuations in Fife - The Levees Hold!

Flooding forced evacuations in Fife, closed lanes on Interstate 5 and swamped neighborhoods south of the river.

Wapato Creek, Clear Creek, Swan Creek and Hylebos Creek all were over flowing.



Fortunatly the old concrete levees on the lower Puyallup River didn’t break.
