Heavy rain, floodwaters rising

About 750 homes are being urged to evacuate as water is rising in Orting, WA. Rivers are already spilling over their banks throughout Western Washington.

At least three people were rescued by boat Wednesday morning after being trapped by high water outside of Orting. According to several eye witnesses, part of 410 has been closed due to flooding.

Many school districts throughout the region have closed.
